Невід'ємною складовою успiшної дiяльностi та стабільного економічного розвитку вітчизняних підприємств є належний рівень економічної безпеки. Дослідивши наукові погляди щодо сутнісного наповнення економічної безпеки підприємства визначено, що кожен підхід має певні переваги та недоліки, проте жоден з них не відповідає комплексним характеристикам. У роботі запропоновано синергічний підхід до формування мети та функціонування системи економічної безпеки, а також авторське бачення поняття «економічна безпека підприємства». У ході дослідження систематизовано та уточнено функціональну структуру економічної безпеки підприємства, що, на відміну від існуючих підходів, уможливлює здійснення ґрунтовного аналізу та ефективного управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Здійснено аналіз сучасних механізмів управління економічною безпекою підприємства та доведено, що дане поняття, як предметна область загального механізму управління підприємством, не отримало належного трактування та дослідження. У роботі представлено формалізацію дефініції «організаційно-економічний механізм управління економічною безпекою підприємства» та сформовано систeмоутворюючі домінанти механізму управління економічною безпекою підприємств, що дозволило визначити елементи і функціональні та iєрархiчні зв'язки між ними. Так, на основі аналізу фахової економічної літератури, яка присвячена питанням управління економічною безпекою підприємства, запропоновано виокремлювати наступні складові механізму управління економічною безпекою підприємства, а саме: організаційну, економічну, моніторингову, мотиваційну та функціональну. В роботі здійснено оцінку зернопереробної галузі та визначено, що галузь в цілому та зернопереробні підприємства, зокрема, потерпають від ряду фінансових, нормативно-законодавчих та технічних проблем, вирішення яких сприятиме підвищенню рентабельності та інвестиційної привабливості зернопереробної промисловості. Також проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльності зернопереробних підприємств Вінницької області і визначено їхні сильні та слабкі сторони. Систематизовано зовнішні та внутрішні фактори, які впливають на економічну безпеку зернопереробних підприємств і виокремлено їх основні підгрупи, що, зважаючи на тенденції та перспективи розвитку економіки країни в цілому та ринку переробки зерна, полегшить процес прийняття управлінських рішень. Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства, охарактеризовано їх значимість, переваги та недоліки. Запропоновано алгоритм проведення оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємств та розкрито особливості формування індикаторів оцінки. Згруповано систему показників оцінювання економічної безпеки підприємств за кожною її складовою, що дозволить виявити проблемні ділянки та деструктивні зміни компонент економічної безпеки, попередити можливі загрози для функціонування підприємства.Розроблено структурну модель механізму управління економічною безпекою підприємства, яка базується на комплексній системі оцінки економічної безпеки і включає інструменти, важелі та методи управління економічною безпекою, що забезпечує ідентифікацію проблем та відхилень у діяльності підприємства на основі запропонованих заходів здійснюють їх усунення або коригування з мeтою наближeння пoточних параметрів oб'єкта до планoвих норм. Удосконалено видові характеристики та порядок формування і реалізації стратегії управління економічною безпекою підприємства, що сприятиме ефективному розвитку підприємства в умовах невизначеності та ризиків. Проведена систематизація видів стратегій дозволила запропонувати стратегії управління за сферами впливу на економічну безпеку зернопереробних підприємств і включити до їх складу: логістичну; ресурсну (матеріально-технічну, енергетичну); організаційну ( географічну, політико-правову); кадрову та фінансову стратегії.Упорядковано сукупність підсистем забезпечення механізму управління економічною безпекою та виокремлено підсистему фінансового забезпечення (самофінансування, кредитування, страхування, державне фінансування, інвестування), нормативно-правового (загальне, спеціальне), кадрового (працівники, підрозділи, служби), інформаційного (внутрішнє, зовнішнє), організаційно-методичного (інструкції, статутні положення, методики оцінки та забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства) та технічного (комплекс програмно-технічних засобів, що забезпечують функціонування всіх систем механізму).^UAn integral part of successful activity and stable economic development of domestic enterprises is an appropriate level of economic security. Having studied the scientific views on the essential content of the economic security of the enterprise, it is determined that each approach has certain advantages and disadvantages, but none of them meets the complex characteristics. The paper proposes a synergistic approach to the formation of the purpose and functioning of the system of economic security and the author's vision of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise".In the course of the research the functional structure of economic security of the enterprise is systematized and specified, which, in contrast to the existing approaches, allows for a thorough analysis and effective management of economic security of the enterprise.The analysis of modern mechanisms of management of economic safety of the enterprise is carried out and it is proved that this concept, as a subject area of the general mechanism of management of the enterprise, has not received proper interpretation and research. The paper presents the formalization of the definition of "organizational and economic mechanism of economic security management of the enterprise" and formed the system-forming dominants of the mechanism of economic security management of enterprises, which allowed to determine the elements and functional and hierarchical relationships between them. Thus, based on the analysis of professional economic literature, which is devoted to the management of economic security of the enterprise, it is proposed to identify the following components of the mechanism of economic security of the enterprise, namely: organizational, economic, monitoring, motivational and functional.The paper evaluates the grain processing industry and determines that the industry as a whole and grain processing enterprises, in particular, suffer from a number of financial, regulatory and technical problems, the solution of which will increase the profitability and investment attractiveness of the grain processing industry. The financial and economic activity of grain processing enterprises of Vinnytsia region is also analyzed, their strengths and weaknesses are identified. External and internal factors that affect the economic security of grain processing enterprises are systematized and their main subgroups are identified, which, given the trends and prospects of the country's economy as a whole and the grain processing market will facilitate management decisions.Methodical approaches to the assessment of economic security of the enterprise are investigated, their significance, advantages and disadvantages are characterized. An algorithm for assessing the level of economic security of the enterprise is proposed and the peculiarities of the formation of assessment indicators are revealed. A system of indicators for assessing the economic security of enterprises for each of its components is grouped, which will identify problem areas and destructive changes in the components of economic security, to prevent possible threats to the functioning of the enterprise.A structural model of the economic security management mechanism of the enterprise is developed, which is based on a comprehensive system of economic security assessment and includes tools, levers, methods of economic security management, which provides identification of problems and deviations in the enterprise. parameters of the object to the planned norms.Improved species characteristics and the order of formation and implementation of the strategy of economic security management of the enterprise, which will contribute to the effective development of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty and risk. The systematization of types of strategies allowed to propose management strategies in the areas of impact on the economic security of grain processing enterprises, and to include in their composition: logistics; resource (logistical, energy); organizational (geographical, political and legal); personnel and financial strategy.The set of subsystems for providing the economic security management mechanism has been streamlined and the subsystem for financial support (self-financing, lending, insurance, public financing, investment), regulatory (general, special), personnel (employees, departments, services), information (internal, external) has been singled out. , organizational and methodological (instructions, statutory provisions, methods of assessing and ensuring the economic security of the enterprise) and technical (a set of software and hardware that ensures the functioning of all systems of the mechanism).
